Use of Site:  Content of this Website may not be reproduced, copied, sold, resold or otherwise used for commercial distribution without prior written consent of Boat Show Expo. No part of any content, form or document may be incorporated or reproduced in any form into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders by our sole discretion.

Registration:  You will be required to register and create an account in order to use the membership features. You are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information. You will have access to your registration information for updating.

Refunds: We do our best in providing the services listed above. If you are unsatisfied with our services and contact Boat Show Expo within 72 hours of your purchase, Boat Show Expo will credit the entire membership amount back to the original credit card used for purchase of the original Membership, unless any downloads have been made. We have a No Refund policy once documents have been downloaded from our database.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect on credit card statements. If you would like to request a refund, please send an email to info@boatshowexpo.com with "REFUND" on the subject line or call Customer Support at 1-866-832-8428

Online Conduct: Disrespecting any member or affiliate of this site will not be tolerated. Please remain respectful and positive in order to create a healthy community. The following rules govern all conduct by members on Boat Show Expo.

• Personal Use Only: Content on this site may be displayed and printed solely for your personal, non-commercial use (except as otherwise specified). See Term #2 for more information.
• Passwords: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password (s). You will be liable for unauthorized use of your password in the event of a breach of security through your account, until you notify Boat Show Expo of password issues.

• You agree not to:
  • Post your e-mail address, web address, ICQ or other personal contact information (except as specifically authorized).
  • Submit, publish or display on this Website any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, racially or sexually offensive or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights.
  • Target Boat Show Expo or any other user with the intent to cause harm, distress, embarrassment or other discomfort.
  • Use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, utilize more than one screen name, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content.
  • Use the Boat Show Expo Website for your own advertising or for selling goods or services or for other commercial purposes.
  • Solicit our members in the hopes of selling items/products that do not pertain to this website.

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or representatives or employees of Boat Show Expo, including (but not limited to) Member Service Representatives, or otherwise abuse Boat Show Expo Member support efforts.
  • Republish information found in or on the site without first obtaining written permission from Boat Show Expo.

  Abusive Conduct:

  • Reporting Abusive Conduct: Although we have no obligation to police the site, we do try to remove content that is clearly inappropriate when it is brought to our attention. Please contact us at info@boatshowexpo.com in the event you need to report abusive conduct.
  • Consequences for Abusive Conduct: Violating these Terms of Use, may result, with or without prior warning, in termination of your account without refund. In the event of a serious violation (as solely determined by Boat Show Expo suit may be filed against you for business interference or other appropriate legal actions. We will seek compensation for potential damage to our reputation caused by your actions. Boat Show Expo has the right to cooperate with authorities regarding any suspected violation of these Terms of Use. All information contained within your Portfolio may and could be used in any action brought on by your suspected violation(s).
